We didn't want to compromise when we created the BalticVitamins Collagen Protein Bar, so we combined everything that should go into the perfect bar: it's filling, super low in sugar, great tasting and packed with up to 9350 mg of collagen to give you beautiful skin, hair and healthy joints. What's more, we've created these bars to be completely gluten-free so that people with coeliac disease can enjoy them too.

It's no secret that too much sugar has negative effects on the skin, especially if you suffer from acne or eczema, for example, so snacking on traditional bars is even undesirable. Why is this?
