What delivery methods do you offer? 

For customers in the Baltic States, we offer a fast tracked delivery via Omniva parcel terminals, or a courier delivery service to your door using DPD or Venipak. 

 

How much does the delivery cost?

Delivery to Omniva parcel stations costs 1,95 EUR (including VAT), while delivery by a door-to-door courier service costs 2,95 EUR (including VAT).

These prices are available for customers based in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

 

How long does it take to receive a delivery?

Generally, customers in Latvia can expect to recieve their shipments on the next working day after dispatch. 

Customers from Estonia and Lithuania may expect the delivery in two working days, however, depending on various factors, some deliveries may be carried out quicker and delivered on the next working day.

 

Can I track my order?

Absolutely, you can do so. Once your order is dispatched by our warehouse, you should receive an email with a unique tracking code, that can be used to track your order at the courier's webpage.

I have received my package, but it is damaged, what should I do?

Although very rare, but if your received package is damaged, then we will be happy to replace the items for free.

We would ask you to take immediate photographic evidence of the package and send to our customer support email. We will organise a courier/Omniva return on your behalf, and reship the items as soon as possible. 

 

I have ordered some time ago, but my order still has not been shipped. Why is that?

Unlike other sports nutrition providers, we accept orders even if a product, or a product variant is out of stock. Products, or product variants that are out of stock, are clearly labeled as such at the product and cart pages.

If this is was the case with your order, then please allow us from 5 to 10 working days to get it dispatched to you. You can check the other terms of these deliveries in the Pre-Order page.

For orders that are delayed, whilst not being in Pre-Order mode, please contact our customer support for clarification. We attempt to dispatch orders on the same working day, however, if for some reason we have failed to do so for a few days, we would be happy to provide a full refund, or offer a compensation item for the inconvenience. 

Other reasons for order delays could be: uncleared payments (bank transfer), official holidays in Latvia, or issues with the product's expiry date - which we need to clarify with you, before dispatching the item.
