This product is enriched with L-glutamine and vitamin B6. BCAA are branched-chain amino acids (BCAA: i.e. valine, leucine, and isoleucine) and are the most abundant amino acids in muscle protein.

Due to their structure, they are the first to be separated from muscle protein molecules to generate extra energy during exercise, which is bad because this process starts catabolic (degradation) processes. They are also the only amino acids that make up the protein, which moves rapidly from the gastrointestinal tract to the muscles without additional stopping and accumulation.

Unbound BCAAs, taken as an additional nutrient, reduce the activity of catabolic enzymes and effectively prevent catabolism, as it occurs mostly for no other reason than to obtain additional BCAA amino acids, but now they are supplied in unlimited quantities.

Use

Take 1-2 servings daily - before meals or exercise and after exercise or before sleep. Add one serving of the product (10 g powder = 25 Olimp measuring units = 2 heaped tablespoons) to 200 ml of water. Take the product immediately after preparation.
