1. Right of withdrawal
According to EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email at info@vitamins.lv.
2. Conditions for returning goods
Returned products must:

be unused

be in the same condition as received

preferably be in the original packaging
Products may only be handled to the extent necessary to establish their nature and functioning.
The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.
3. Non-returnable products
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to food products or food supplements that are supplied sealed and have been opened after delivery, due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

The return address will be provided after we receive your return request.
5. Return shipping costs
If goods are returned under the withdrawal right, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the return costs.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after:

the returned goods have been received, or

proof of return shipment has been provided.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.
7. Defective products
If the product has a defect, please contact us at info@vitamins.lv.
Under EU consumer law, customers have the right to file a complaint regarding non-conforming goods within 2 years of receiving the goods.
8. Transport risk
When returning goods, the customer assumes the transport risk until the goods reach us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
