Sometimes slower is better - especially when it comes to the speed at which protein is digested.

While fast protein absorption is preferable just before or after exercise, it is probably more beneficial to digest protein throughout the rest of the day.

Mix one scoop (33 g) with 300-360 ml cold water, stir until the protein is completely dissolved. You can adjust the intensity of the taste by adding more or less water.
