Caffeine - an organic chemical compound from the group of purine alkaloids. It is a substance that occurs naturally in nature - it can be found in over 60 different plants, and the main source of caffeine in the diet is roasted coffee beans and tea leaves.

Chaga mushroom - a species of fungus from Hymenochaetaceae family, also known as Inonotus obliquus or birch huba, which results from the fact that the chaga mushroom grows mainly on birch trees, although sometimes it also occurs in other species of leafy trees. It is a parasitic fungus that grows mainly in northern China and Siberia. Chaga mushroom extract uses in the OstroVit preparation is standardized to 40% polysaccharides, which ensures a high content of valuable ingredients and has a positive effect on the quality of the dietary supplement.

Lion's mane mushroom - a species of Asian fungus from the Hericiaceae family. It is an edible mushroom that usually occurs in deciduous forests, growing primarily on weak, old or dead trees. Extract of lion's mane mushroom used in the OstroVit preparation is standardized to 30% polysaccharides, which ensures a high content of valuable ingredients and positively affects the quality of the dietary supplement.

L-theanine - an organic chemical compound, belonging to non-protein amino acids. It is a derivative of glutamine, which easily overcomes the blood-brain barrier. Naturally, it occurs in the L configuration in the leaves of Camellia sinensis, that is why green tea is considered the main source of the compound.

Niacin - vitamin PP or B3 - a vitamin soluble in water, belonging to group B, which is found primarily in animal products - meat, fish and eggs.

Rich source of valuable ingredients - one serving of a dietary supplement provides the body with 120 mg of caffeine, 200 mg of chaga mushroom extract standardized to 40% polysaccharides, 200 mg of lion’s mane extract standardized to 30% polysaccharides, as well as 100 mg of L-theanine and 16 mg of niacin.

Food supplement in powder. Contains caffeine; it is not recommended for use by children and pregnant women (content of caffeine 120 mg in 1 serving); do not consume with other products that are a source of caffeine or other ingredients with similar effects.

Pour 7 g of the product (2 full teaspoons) over about 160-180 ml of hot water and mix.
