Usage
Mix 100 g (8 scoops) of powder with 200 ml of water or milk.
- Mix until a homogeneous mass consistency.
- Place in the freezer for about 1 hour.
- Remove the semi-frozen mass from the freezer and mix thoroughly.
- Place the product in the freezer for about 1 hour, then consume.
The recommended daily dose is 50 g.
