OstroVit MCT OilMedium chain triglycerides are a type of saturated fat made up of fatty acids containing between 6 and 10 carbon atoms. They are mainly found in coconut oil, palm oil and milk fat. Some people from the environment also include lauric acid (C12), which has twelve carbon atoms, but according to research it is closer to long-chain fatty acids when looking at its properties and metabolism in the human body.

Ingredients
MCT oil contains medium-chain fatty acids from the seeds of the Guinea oil plant.
May contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, oats, eggs, crustaceans, fish.
Usage
Take 12 g (2 tablespoons) twice daily with meals. The recommended serving may be increased by 12 g every 3 days to obtain an optimal serving tailored to your needs. Taking more than 100 g of the product at a time may cause gastrointestinal discomfort.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
