Ingredients
Filler: microcrystalline cellulose; magnesium citrate (magnesium), filler: starch; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silica; zinc picolinate (zinc), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

Use
Take 1 serving (3 tablets) daily at bedtime.
