It is a substance that can be synthesized in the body from sulfur amino acids - cysteine and methionine, but its endogenous production is insufficient to meet body's needs. Therefore, it is recommended to supply taurine to the body also from outside, along with the daily menu - the compound can be found in fish, seafood, dried seaweed or meat, or in the form of dietary supplements.

Usage
