Usage

Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein is best taken in the morning immediately after waking up and/or within 30 minutes immediately before or after a workout.

Simply mix one heaping tablespoon (~30 g) with 180-240 ml of cold water. You can also add one serving to smoothies, porridge, or other foods.
