Lion's mane mushroom - a species of Asian fungus from the Hericiaceae family. It is an edible mushroom that usually occurs in deciduous forests, growing primarily on weak, old or dead trees. Extract of lion's mane mushroom used in the OstroVit preparation is standardized to 30% polysaccharides, which ensures a high content of valuable ingredients and positively affects the quality of the dietary supplement.
L-theanine - an organic chemical compound, belonging to non-protein amino acids. It is a derivative of glutamine, which easily overcomes the blood-brain barrier. Naturally, it occurs in the L configuration in the leaves of Camellia sinensis, that is why green tea is considered the main source of the compound.
Niacin - vitamin PP or B3 - a vitamin soluble in water, belonging to group B, which is found primarily in animal products - meat, fish and eggs.

Ingredients
Natural robusta coffee, chaga mushroom extract (Inonotus obliquus) standardized on 40% of polysaccharides, lion’s mane extract (Hericium erinaceus (BulI.: Fr.) Pers) standardized on 30% of polysaccharides, L-theanine, caffeine anhydrous, inositol hexanicotinate (niacin).
Food supplement in powder. Contains caffeine; it is not recommended for use by children and pregnant women (content of caffeine 120 mg in 1 serving); do not consume with other products that are a source of caffeine or other ingredients with similar effects.

Usage
Pour 7 g of the product (2 full teaspoons) over about 160-180 ml of hot water and mix.
