60 millilitres of the drink contains 200mg of caffeine, but contains no sugar and very few calories. It also contains amino acids and vitamins that will improve your workout. 1500 mg of beta alanine will help your muscles withstand an intense workout. 1500 mg of arginine will optimise oxygen flow to your muscles.
