Usage

Take 2 packs per day for 3 consecutive weeks:

1 pack immediately after waking up and the other 4-6 hours later.

Take the packs with a small meal and drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Follow a cycle of 3 weeks on and 1 week off. After a one-week break period, the product can be used again. The stimulating complex is in the red capsule and the water elimination complex is in the blue capsule.
