Usage
Daily dose: 1 serving
To prepare one serving, mix 2 pumps (5 g glycerol) with 300-500 ml water per day, preferably 30-60 mins before workout.
Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. May have a laxative effect if consumed in excess.
