Peanut butter smoothie for mass producers

Anyone who has ever tried to gain weight knows that it's not that easy, so it's useful to have a variety of ways to quickly and healthily take in extra calories. One of the quickest and tastiest ways to do this is to drink a peanut smoothie between meals. This smoothie has an average of 600-700 kcal, so it will make it easier for you to meet your daily calorie intake by feeding your body with protein, healthy fats and carbohydrates for energy.

  • 300 ml of milk;
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter (we used 300 ml of milkpeanuts being the only ingredient);
  • 1 ripe banana (if you want a melted ice cream consistency, freeze the banana before blending);
  • 1 scoop or 30 grams of protein powder (we used Bodylab Whey 100 banana flavour).

Place the broken banana, peanut butter, protein powder in a blender jug and pour the milk over the top. Blend until a smooth paste forms. Pour the finished drink into a large glass and enjoy.

If you want to make it thicker and more calorie-rich, add another banana and a tablespoon of peanut butter and serve it as a smoothie bowl garnished with nuts, granola or muesli, fresh berries and fruit.

Taste good and go well! :)
